  5. "Recorded Data" refers to the audio, visual, and other data collected by the Zero Cheating service during assessment sessions, which may include recordings of students taking exams and capturing their computer screens in a limited capacity, and for authentication purposes only.
  6. "Automated Processing" refers to the use of algorithms and computational techniques by the Zero Cheating service to analyze recorded data and generate additional information for the evaluation of student performance and conduct.

Data Collection

We collect information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to:

  1. Personal Information: This may include your name, email address, and other identification-related information. Personal Information may be collected during registration or during the use of our Service.
  2. Technical Information: We may collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type. We also collect information about your activity on our Service, including pages visited, links clicked, and other behavior-related data.

Data Retention
