Said features and functionalities shall include but is ot limited to; motion sensors, radio frequency detection, infrared technology, biometric retina and facial recognition, privacy screen filters, and object detection technologies. Should Zero Cheating use any of these features to, we may collect the following types of information:

a) Motion Data: We may use motion data, such as movements and gestures made by exam takers during the examination process to determine if there are other unauthorized persons in the room.
b) Object Detection Data: We may collect data related to the presence or absence of objects within the exam environment, as detected by the object detection technologies.
c) Technical Information: In order to support the proper functioning of the monitoring system, we may collect technical information associated with the motion sensors and object detection technologies, including device identifiers, system logs, and error reports.

Information Security and Retention

Zero Cheating takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the information collected through motion sensors and object detection technologies. We employ industry-standard security practices to safeguard against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the data.

The information collected from exam takers is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Once the data is no longer required, it will be securely and permanently deleted or anonymized in a manner that prevents identification of individuals.

Disclosure of Information

Zero Cheating does not disclose exam taker information collected through motion sensors and object detection technologies to any third parties unless required by law or authorized by the exam taker’s consent. We do not sell, rent, or lease such information to any external parties.

However, we may share exam taker information with authorized personnel within Zero Cheating who require access to perform their duties related to exam monitoring, system maintenance, and support. These individuals are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
